A Life Coach never judges you. As your coach I will become like a second pair of eyes and ears as you learn to understand yourself a little more. I will empower you to be the best example of you that you can be and work with you to get you to where you want to go.

A Life Coach is not someone who will do the work for you or give you quick-fix answers. Instead, I will help you to explore the answers that you already have, help you to look deeper, hear more clearly and feel more urgently the gentle bubbling of your own knowledge rising within you. As your coach, I will remind you of what you want to be, do and have in your life, and I will help you to get there step by step, piece by piece.

Life Coaching is focused in the real world, here, now. It does not delve into your past searching for reasons. Instead, it turns you towards your future, then gently guides you in the direction of your dreams, reminding you of the goals you have set and the resources you have available to you.

When you feel like giving up, I will believe in you.
When you are exhausted, I will lend you strength.
When you stumble, I will support you until you find your footing again.
When you can see the finish line, I will congratulate you.
When you break through the tape at the line, I will celebrate with you.

Coaching usually takes place on the telephone.
Sessions are normally 30-45 minutes and start off weekly.
